Cancellation Policy
We understand things come up and you may need to cancel. The cancellation fee at Deisy’s Designs is 50% of the service booked for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Fee must be paid first in order to rebook new appointment (Fee does not apply to new service total) - no exceptions. If you no show & want to rebook -> we require paying 100% of service booked up front & a $40 no show fee. Repeat no shows will be banned from booking to protect other clients and my time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify us via text at (812)-631-2017 or DM us on Instagram @deisysdesigns as soon as possible!
